"Room was very clean, fridge worked great and it was nice to have a bar right in the back but the restaurant they advertise was non existent. The pool was dirty and there were only two ripped and dirty pool chairs available to sit on beside the pool. It’s a nice place but could be a great place with a little effort. "

"The hotel itself was ok and the room was nice - seemed pretty new. however the amenities were not good - not even lotion or anything in the bathroom. one tiny shampoo bottle - and things like no towel racks in the bathrooms, very very stark - not comfy feeling at all. also during check-in it's 100% automated - using machine and just a guy that hung around on his cell phone who could answer questions - couldn't even tell he worked there - NO badge with name on it - nothing. And finally the breakfast was a joke - other than the thick waffles you make yourself - some dry bread to make toast, coffee cups the size of a bathroom cup - no fruit except for a little yogurt. I would not stay there again or at a Days Inn if they are like this one."

"Booked for one night stay because Hotels.com stated this was one of the area's hotel with an airport shuttle. IT DOES NOT. Expect to pay $12-$20 more for ride share or cab, you must order, from this hotel to airport. The facility itself is somewhat dated, but it was clean, the beds not too bad, and other than the old style room heater/fan/air conditioner it was fairly quiet. This hotel's price triples during peak visitation times. We stayed first week in March and it cost $180+ for two queen beds. For your dining.pleasure restaurants including Taco Bell, Denny's, McDonald's and Waffle House are easily walked to. Although it met our basic needs of a single night's stay near the RSW airport, we won't be repeating choice again."

"The hallways, elevators and floors were dirty. Toilet ran all night. Mold in shower. Room was comfortable. HVAC was perfect."

"Room smelled really bad, we tried to change it and the lady at the desk got a really bad attitude. Overall not a clean property at all. "

"When arriving onsite, check in with the agent was short - not very welcoming. Once we got into the room instantly knew it was not okay to stay in. The room was so outdated and not very clean. The curtains hanging from the window were completely ripped and barely hanging on by a thread. The bathroom was so dark and dull and barely looked clean. We decided to leave. When we went to the front desk to let them know we didn’t think the room was the right choice for us we were met with a different agent. His first response was we never had a complaint about that specific room. When stating we would just find some where else and just want to ensure we got a refund he said I’ll push it to a manger but no guarantee. I asked when a manager was in and they said not for another 2-3 days. Will never stay at that brand of property again. "
