"This hotel is a 4 starts hotel but the room are old and not maintained properly. Very old school hotel. Breakfast is very light with industrial food, but their coffe is excellent. The location is great."

"The location is really beautiful. There are constant shuttles to transport from one location to other within the property. Nice food options and music on specific days Clean Cabins If you have not booked shuttle from the Figline station to this place- you may have a hard time getting a taxi from the station. I recommend to plan ahead for the commute from the train station to this property."

"Beautiful... only comment might be to add a few more items to the menu.. as driving to another resteraunt is at least 10 minutes "

"The floor in bathroom when we checked in could have been a little cleaner, but I just cleaned it up myself. Otherwise it was very nice. Service to the terrace was great as were the drinks. Hotel was convenient to train station and many fine restaurants."

"This property needs to be remodel. The restaurant closes sooner than advertise. During the night a lot of men (10-15) drinking at night having a good time, but it cause for me to feel unsafe."

Does have a trickle charger for EV’s in the garage but it is very limited for charging 25% in 12 hours. Address doesn’t seem to align with Hotels.com address It took 2 hours to find and isn’t marked on the buildings upper structure. "We stayed 4 nights. The staff was lovely , friendly and helpful. Arezzo has a beautiful compavt, interesting old city with MANY beautiful chirches and museums and they are all a short walk from Hotel Portici. You are also a short walk from the train station. It is as advertised meant to be an old fashioned spot and it is but the bathroom has everything modern and works perfectly. We recommend this place to anyone who is NOT looking for a spiffy modern cubic impersonal spot!"

"A nice hotel . A CAR IS REQUIRED as it is located remotely . Staff are friendly and helpful . Swimming pool only open in summer months . No Iron facilities . Lady at front desk very helpful with good English . They can arrange a massage with 24 hours notice - highly recommend. Rooms are basic and clean . Recommend the scrambled eggs for breakfast "

Even the bedding was wonderful quality. 10 minutes from Arezzo, a perfect location for fun in town and relaxation by a pool. Great for a couple, family or big house party. "
