"This hotel is a 4 starts hotel but the room are old and not maintained properly. Very old school hotel. Breakfast is very light with industrial food, but their coffe is excellent. The location is great."

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The service was helpful, informative and made us feel welcome. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious. The only drawback is how far it is from the city center. We used several modes to travel between the city center and the hotel: shuttle + walking, shuttle + bus, taxi. Onsite parking was very convenient. "

"This was a beautiful stay in Arezzo. The staff was fabulous. The breakfast was very good and the attentions to the guest are excellent. The location is excellent as well for shopping, cafes and visiting the historic center. The property itself is not upscale but very enjoyable and quiet "

"Our stay was amazing apart from a rude waiter at dinner who also had an altercation with another couple. The room was very cute and the pool was amazing. The food was also really amazing and you should try the house wine. Worth the drive. "

"Better than expected for the value. A few small cosmetic items. But great value. Great breakfast that’s half the cost at the desk vs online. Does have a trickle charger for EV’s in the garage but it is very limited for charging 25% in 12 hours. Address doesn’t seem to align with Hotels.com address It took 2 hours to find and isn’t marked on the buildings upper structure. "Beautiful room, great view. Good breakfast, enjoyed the restaurant for dinner. Property was well maintained. Lots of wonderful places to sit and relax with a book and/or a drink. "

"Small room with no chair. First floor overlooking parking meant it was noisy with window open and staff arrivals in the early morning. Bathroom tiny lacking shelves for toiletries and towel racks, so not eco-friendly as there was nowhere to hang up towels and so reuse another day. Staff were wonderful. Grounds lovely and plentiful loungers, seating , etc. Dining good but room rather bright for our tastes. "
