Rooms are very clean and staff are very friendly and super helpful and above all they are caring and very accommodating especially with our elderly less abled parents for which we are very grateful. Property is in a beautiful setting. Restaurant staff also very helpful. Thank you very much to all who hosted us at Villa Cesi.

The room was clean, the staff excellent and the breakfast very good. The facilities and view beautiful. The only thing they need to improve is with the air conditioning in the room. We had problems with it and need to open the windows. They fit the issue at the other day. We recommend the hotel.

Our stay in Hotel Villa Casi was absolutely wonderful, and what stood out most was the exceptional cleanliness and the kindness of the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The team was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with calling a taxi to Florence or anything we needed. It was a little pricy for a taxi to Florence which was the only downside. But worth the stay glad we got to book a few nights here. We left feeling relaxed, well cared for, and grateful for such an enjoyable stay in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Impruneta.

Hotel excelente. Equipe de funcionários extremamente atenciosos. Quarto ótimo. Cama maravilhosa. Fomos no final do inverno.

This is about 30 minutes outside Florence but a really cool, quiet location! It was nice to be outside of the cities and take a break from the crowds. The hotel had a ton of amenities and the staff was super nice. You would need a car if you are staying here (unless you want to pay for cabs), there is free parking though.
