「We couldn’t say enough about our stay! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were very clean with a great Italian flare. There is lots of history to the property that we enjoyed. We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience. The resort was quiet and peaceful, with only a 20minute taxi to Florence we were still able to explore the nearby city. The front desk was extremely helpful and every worker went above and beyond. 「Quarto com cheiro de cigarro, cama muitooo dura,o travesseiro velho e também bastante duro e desconfortável. Pedi para trocar o travesseiro, porque além de tá muito velho(fiquei espirrando durante a noite) era bastante desconfortável, eles falaram que não tinha nenhum outro. Precisam fazer uma reforma com urgência. Não voltarei.」

「The nice environment and good service to guests. We are living for the Mall Firenze and it is only 5mins drive」

「The pool was so warm that it couldn’t help cool you down in the heat. Breakfast was scarce and lots of flies around the tables. Not much for kids to do. We checked out after 2 night even though we paid for 7 and they wouldn’t consider a refund. The villa at the top of the hill is much nicer with a proper restaurant and 2 pools but it was closed off for a private wedding. I wouldn’t go there again」

「We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car...

「The location is great, it is up on a mountain past Londa but to get to it you need to go up some ver inclined hills, definitely a different experience for someone looking to be away from the big city. The host was a very attentive super friendly guy that made sure we got there safe and was always there to help us. 」
