Oldschool but nice, decent location if you want to see Modena but have a car with you (20min walk or 5min bus ride to the old town). Everything else was fine.

Really lovely stay. Beautiful pool. Room on the top floor was clean and adequate to our needs. Really nice breakfast. Not in the city centre so definitely requires a car. There is ample free parking.
