「The staff were very attentive. The hotel is located at a quiet street which I like, quiet but not like in a dark alley or on a scary street. It is a safe neighbourhood and there is bus stop and tram stop nearby.The room and bathroom were spacious compared to most hotels I have stayed in Europe」

「An amazing hotel. You won't expect you will stay at such an excellent place. Villa Carlotta is an elegant villa (yes, it is really a villa) with historical looking and modern accommodation. There are free private parking spaces within the villa. It is not far from the central Firenze. You can even walk to the downtown within 30 minutes. The breakfast is outstanding, for both food and place. We took some pictures in wedding dress here. Thank you. It is definitely one of the most wonderful places...

「The location is good and some staff were friendly, but I would like to say it’s an inn than a hotel, we were arranged at a weird room next to staff office and above breakfast kitchen, always noisy and one more point the room was only had a small skylight window and the cleaning status is pretty bad. Overall not recommended and definitely not worth a go.」

「酒店距离佛罗伦萨ZTL不远，步行至大教堂和米开基罗广场差不多半个小时的时间，客房很干净明亮，早餐不错，不限量，可自取，前台也热情，住了一晚，没啥可抱怨的。对自驾客来说，最合适，省缺了停车的麻烦。缺点：就是大门容易错过，如果导航要求“右转”的话，你要在前面小路马上右转，因为在向前十米就是一条有红绿灯的大道，如果你在这右转的话，就错过酒店的大门了。又要绕一圈回来了，就像我一样。」
