We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. 「We could not be happier with our stay at Il Verreno. We arrived late on our first night and they were able to hold our table in the restaurant for dinner. My husband had Coeliac disease and not once did we have to tell the staff, they had a note in file and every single one of them remembered for the whole trip. They made changes to the menu for him, ensuring he had gluten free bread and pasta etc. the service was excellent throughout the hotel, the hotel was clean and the rooms are beautiful....

「飯店的位置非常好，可以鳥瞰整個Cortona的山坡，風景怡人，特別是用早餐的地方，邊享受餐點邊看風景，真的很棒；健身房也是，可以邊運動邊看風景（但旅行中已經一直在走路的我們，僅參觀，沒使用運動器材）。 據說部份房間的窗外也可以看到風景哦，我們是住四人房，窗外只看得到戶外走道和樓梯，空間雖然沒有很大，但也不會覺得太小。因為只住一晚，所以沒有覺得不便的地方，小小缺點是好像沒有熱水瓶（山上比較涼，東方人會想喝杯熱水）。 接待人員態度和善，室內環境整潔，有Wifi，飯店門口就是LFSU5公車站，非常方便。 早餐是豐盛的「義式早餐」，種類有麵包、火腿、派、麥片、果汁、水果丁、優格和現煮咖啡等（ps.除了咖啡，都是冷點）；配上景色，真是非常舒服的一頓早餐。 Cortona是值得住一晚、甚至兩晚的地方，若來到Cortona，推薦住Hotel San Luca。」
