"Beautiful hotel, just don’t tell too make people as it’s very hard to book. Rooms are amazing & staff fantastic "

"Reception staff helpful and kind. Restaurant provided excellent breakfast and evening meals. The gym was small but well laid out with everything I needed. The room was good but lacked a normal table or desk and instead had a weird lounge sofa (totally unnecessary). There was nowhere to eat or use a laptop in the room. I also wish I could've opened a window in my room. The AC was impossible to work out and I much prefer fresh air. The shower was excellent."

"Easy check-in. We arrived an hour early as I thought check-in was 2pm not 3pm but our room wasn’t ready but we were able to store our luggage with reception whilst we went to eat lunch. I thought we would have a two bedroom apartment but it was actually two one-bedroom apartments with the adjoining door open. "Great location and the public spaces are great. Rooms are beginning to get a little tired, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures and fittings were broken. Staff friendly, although some bar staff don't seem to know what they are doing which is a shame. It's one of my favourite hotel spaces in Liverpool, but at its price point it could be better. Note that the automated email sent through Expedia contains the post code to the hotel not the car park as stipulated. "

"I had a really comfortable stay here. The bed was comfy, shower was really powerful. The downstairs area and bar are really nice and modern, but the rest of the hotel needs a bit of a refit. The staff were super friendly and helpful."

"The girl on reception when we arrived was friendly and very helpful. She pointed out the hotels Hillsborough memorial on the wall which is very moving.Our room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to the City centre shops and there are many great pubs and restaurants close by. Breakfast was excellent. "
