"Excellent place to stay in Sorrento "

"As soon as we walked into the lobby the staff greeted us and made us feel welcome. They saw it was my husband’s birthday and made sure to acknowledge this event. This continued throughout our stay!! The experience was 5 star. "

"The most amazing view. We stayed two nights in a Junior Room with a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and the sea. We spent the whole of the second day in our room and watching the boats moving around the bays and going back and forth to Capri. Both nights we had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. Loved, loved loved our stay!! "

"We enjoyed our stay and had a great family corner with two adjoining rooms and 2 bathrooms, so lots of good space, with a sea view. Great breakfast and friendly staff, the shuttle bus was fab. Only issue was we booked this hotel for the swimming pool for the kids, but the pool wasn't open during our stay! "

"Staff were amazing. The free shuttle bus goes morning and evening which is great but not early-mid afternoon Location is amazing for the view but it is about 20 minutes up into the hills. Overall very good and would return "

"A short walk from the train station (less than 5 minutes) it was above expectations for what we were looking for during our stay in Sorrento. The staff was helpful and very friendly, we were on our honeymoon and they had a bottle of wine brought up to our room. It was close many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning when we come back to Sorrento again. "

"Great selection of hot and cold for breakfast and plenty of space to eat so it didn’t feel overwhelmingly busy like some hotels. Public areas were always being cleaned and our room was immaculate on arrival and when we returned from a day’s exploring. Reception staff extremely helpful, organising a hire car which was delivered within an hour of our first enquiry and also giving advice about excursions/taxis etc. Thoroughly recommend this hotel "

"We arrived in Naples by air, followed the signs to the Alibus and paid our 5euro fares. One stop, 10 minutes later brought us to both the central train station and Starhotels Terminus. We had a deluxe room with a very large, comfortable bed and lots of storage and seating. There is a big bathroom and a sweet balcony overlooking the enclosed courtyard. It was so quiet you’d swear we were alone in the hotel. They have a pillow menu! You can request the perfect pillow from the desk. What a...
