Staff tried to be helpful but experience was not great. We stayed one night and needed wi-fi to check in. First room (113) we moved in to: no wi-fi. We called down to reception and were told to pop down and they would set up. We unpacked and went down. We went back up and met a facilities guy and he couldn't get wi-fi.. He then took us to another room on the first floor. No wi-fi. He then took us to 324 on the 3rd floor and we had wi-fi. We then had to repack and move. The second room had poor light and was smaller but, by this time we were too tired to complain as had already lost an hour. We later noted it had a broken toilet seat. The roof-top restaurant staff worked hard and we had an enjoyable meal, although I ordered a Vodka Martini that was delivered warm (the manager removed it from the bill so thank you).
