「The staff member I communicated with during check-in was friendly and responsive, and I appreciated how easy the late check-in process was. I also liked that the property was completely keyless, which made arrival very convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean upon arrival. 「I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. 」

「The Palazzo Albardieri Hotel was perfection! Perfect location in Napoli. Near restaurants, shopping, the sea and sites. Lovely hotel furnishings, delicious breakfasts, very friendly and informative staff, and the coldest A/C in Napoli! The hotel arranged friendly transportation for us to and from the airport and other sites. Our driver took the time to show us some special sites as it was our first time in Naples. No complaints! Just lots of nice things to enjoy during our stay.」

「The hotel is terrible in general though it has fantastic view from the balcony and pretty good breakfast. It is a very old hotel. The problem is that the room is of no aircon or fan so that literally there is no air ventilation inside the room if you do not open the balcony door.」

「It located at a convenient location(for shopping or metro). But there is a smell on towel and bathroom(it's not stinky, but I don't like it.) If there is lighter and they provide tissue in room would be better.」

「I booked this mainly for the location as it was located right next to Napoli Centrale station. I just needed somewhere convenient to get in & out for 1 night. Room was clean and decent in size. Price was a little expensive, but I was OK with it given the above advantages.」
