We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. 「We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was very loud at night and early in the morning which was a struggle for us because we had just arrived from the U.S. after several long flights.
