「Esperienza veramente ottima. Struttura ben organizzata e gestita, anche da remoto assistenza continua. A poche centinaia di metri parcheggio a pagamento molto affidabile e preciso. Stazione della metro a due passi. Stanza e bagno molto puliti e ben arredati. Cucina in condivisione ben fornita e con raccolta differenziata. A mio parere davvero TOP!」

「The area around the flat was a bit daunting as it was filthy with rubbish everywhere…but once we got the feel of it we loved it. Easy walk to metro and museum. Fabulous and cheap Italian restaurants very close . Wonderful host who couldn’t do enough fir us.」

「Berenice Suites was very clean and offered a large room that easily sleeps 4 people. The location was an easy walk to the National Archeological Museum and delicious restaurants. We had a nice stay at Berenice Suites.」

「Falha de comunicação. O horário de check-in está anunciado errado e a propriedade deixou um número de telefone incompleto. Tive que recorrer aos vizinhos para localizar alguém para abrir e a pessoa nem me pediu desculpas, mesmo chegando meia hora depois do horário que ela disse ser o certo. Isso atrapalha muito a experiência, mas o quarto em si era bom e a localização conveniente (apesar da entrada do prédio ser um tanto assustadora). Há opções mais simpáticas nos arredores 」

「The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.」

「Lovely hotel, clean, everything was fabulous, staff all fantastic, delicious breakfast, etc. The only downside were the loungers at the pool that don’t have the reclining legs rest part, so you can only tan the front of your body.. lying on your tummy is very uncomfortable as the lounger ends at your knees.」

「位置十分理想，就在景區正對面，但是房間臨馬路，隔音很差，路邊有車經過甚至有人講話都聽得很清楚，我們一晚沒睡好，一早就有當地老先生在路口聊天，我們就被吵醒了！ 早餐也很普通，沒什麼吸引人的！ 酒店似乎改過名字，而且入口有點不明顯，我們拖著行李經過酒店卻沒發現，問了路人才知道錯過了！」

「The staffs are very friendly andcready to assist whenever there is a question. The hotel located in upper mountain but with buses organized by the hotel to drop and pick up from sorento, it's suite convenient. We had a very good time!」
