El personal de la recepción, fueron amables y simpáticos, pero el personal que se encarga del desayuno, son escandalosos, a las 6:30 de la mañana movían , tiraban cosas , hablaban muy fuerte, se olvidan que un huésped va a un hotel a dormir y descansar, pero a esa hora ya era imposible seguir durmiendo.

Hotel was such a gem. It's in a hot spot with walkable everything, dining, shopping, and activity tours. It's a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance so I recommend using Google maps (assuming you have internet or download offline map in advance) & then ask someone when map says you arrived or are near because you will likely not know entrance is hotel entrance. Looks rugged if not used to the graffiti environment of Naples which I wasn't from California but after getting used to the area. We realized it was great area...a favorite for tourist spot. Breakfast was included and staff spoke English so they were very helpful! I'm so glad we stayed here!! Highly recommend.

The way up to the hotel is honestly horrible. When you’re inside de hotel it’s okay, but having to pay 10 cents to use an elevator, the building is kind off sketchy. We felt a little weird when entering the property. The street where it is located is very dirty and there’s homeless people there.

Front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. The area is very busy with shoppers and there are lots of shops and restaurants within feet of the hotel. The entrance to the building is difficult to find but inside is very new and well maintained. Overall, would certainly recommend for anyone looking to shop or sightsee in Naples.

100% recommended. The location couldn’t be better. It is right on via Toledo, that is one of the Main Street in Naples. Great customer service. On the second day of my stay, we had a very early tour and they were very kind and prepared a breakfast bag-to-go for us, we were very thankful. The hotel is very pretty. The room was great, spacious and clean. I will stay there again.

El hotel está dentro de un edificio y está en el nivel 1, comparte el elevador con el edificio y te cobra 10 centavos que te los dan en el lobby para poder hacer uso de el. El hotel está muy bonito con acabados de lujo y el servicio excelente. La habitación muy amplia cómoda al igual que el baño.

Decent "business like" hotel in very convenient location. Definitely would not describe it as a luxury hotel: case in point breakfast as pretty sparse, no coffee offered, tried getting a glass of wine at 10pm and was told "I can't leave the desk and my colleague will only come in 1h, so maybe you can get back then?". Mind you bar is literally 5 meters from the check in desk. On the plus side : Hotel room is very clean, bed very comfortable and really close to walking attractions. You can do a lot worse than this hotel, but it's not a luxury lifestyle hotel, it's a good Holiday Inn Express

We had a wonderful stay at Matilde! The property itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with big, comfortable rooms that make you feel right at home. The location could not be better—you’re within walking distance of everything you’d want to see in Naples. From here, it’s easy to explore the historic center, the vibrant Spanish Quarter (where you’ll find the famous Diego Maradona mural), and countless charming streets full of life. One of the highlights is, of course, the food—Naples is the birthplace of pizza, and you truly get to experience the very best here. Around the property, there are endless options, from authentic trattorias to world-renowned pizzerias. It felt like every meal was a highlight! The service at Matilde is warm and welcoming, and you can really tell the hosts care about making your stay comfortable and memorable. Whether you’re here for sightseeing, history, or simply to eat the best pizza in Italy, this is the perfect base to experience Naples. Highly recommend!

Es un hotel con instalaciones muy limitadas, que han realizado una muy buena estrategia para hacer un muy pequeño hotel, cómodo y limpio. Uno gran problema es que la calle de la entrada al inmueble es obscura e insegura, así como la mayoría de las calles aledañas, que están llenas de vagabundos y gente sin hogar. No es culpa del hotel, ya que toda esa zona de la cuidad tiene el mismo problema. Sin embargo, lo que este hotel ha logrado en tan pequeño espacio es de llamar la atención. Su personal es muy limitado pero extremadamente amable y servicial. Sin duda, vale la pena darle una oportunidad.

This is a city property that you can reach after the taxi leaves you about 2 blocks from the hotel. This is why you are in a very special area! Don't fear the short walk because the hotel is a nice, renovated gem inside a 300-year-old building! The restaurants and shopping are everywhere around this hotel! The room is a little oasis with all the comfort you expect! The breakfast is modest but very filling! I recommend this property for its location and comfort!
