房間舒適，但入住時和接待人員的聯絡令人困惑

櫃台幾乎沒有接待人員，入住拿鑰匙像在解秘密任務。只能透過whatsapp跟旅館人員聯絡，很不方便。床舖舒適，浴室乾淨。旅館位於一般大樓內，若無房間鑰匙的話，搭電梯要投20cent硬幣。

Bed was amazing! Room was quiet and very clean. Conveniently located for food, sightseeing and shopping. Everything was walkable! Probably would not have found it on my own; thankful for the arranged taxi service from the airport! Stayed 3 nights before a cruise & was great! Would definitely stay again if I return to Naples. PS - ASK if you don’t understand how things work, very helpful and informative!

Rooms were nicely updated and very roomy. Very nice location with cafe’s right next door which were quite convenient. Ernesto the owner was so accommodating and very nice and super helpful. Excellent place to stay and a very safe location. Ferry service was an easy walk.

The check-in was not smooth as reception was empty and we could not get in. The gentleman came to reception the following morning and made all great! His service was superb and we are grateful for all his help!

this place was great! super clean, kind of like a hotel. the staff/owner i’m assuming was very helpful. the area around just Naples itself is not nice but this place made us forget the surrounding areas

I was a bit worried at first since it was cheaper place to stay and when we got there couldn't find at first. But Ernesto was great with response. It is a big wooden door you go through and then a older elevator that takes change to work. But once you get checked in on the key has a thing to make elevator work. Room was great super nice and clean. We used the Bird scooters or lime bikes to get around and rode up to the Spanish Quarters and all around. Very close to the ferry.

Clean room and safe building. Small balcony and nice bakeries nearby. Bed was firm. Hairdryer was strong (2100 Watts) with the directional attachment! Best hairdryer I’ve come across in a hotel. Safe building. The only complaint was that there were 4 shampoos but no shower gel or lotion. However, excellent shower. The interior is modern. Host is responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room is small, but modern and convenient. It’s located on the fourth floor, but the building has an elevator. The owners were very helpful, assisted in finding the apartment, and even organized us a taxi to the airport.

The place is beautiful! It says breakfast included but there is no place for breakfast. I told the guys that’s was going to eat breakfast and he didn’t mention anything. It supposed to have water as being expedía customer and there’s no water in the room at all.

We were coming from the airport and leaving to take a ferry in the morning. This location was good for walking to our ferry at the port. We easily found a breakfast spot downstairs in the morning, there are several cafes nearby. We also had a nice, easygoing meal in Naples nearby. The AC worked well which was important on a hot day. Great spot!

The staff were extremely friendly and always available to assist via WhatsApp. The room was nicely renovated and had air conditioning, though the sound insulation between rooms could be better. We appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout. Just a heads up: you’ll need coins to use the elevator for your luggage, and parking in the area can be quite challenging.

I arrived early and the staff were very responsive to my WhatsApp message and very accommodating allowing me to wait inside while my room was being cleaned and then to access my room prior to the actual staff arriving. There is no breakfast so to most Americans it's just a B and not a B&B though it seems to fit the local expectation. I really liked the room and it's in a very walkable area close to many sites and restaurants. It's also an easy hlaf- hour walk from the main train station Napoli Centrale

Elevator to the 4th floor. No reason for concern, it works great and is much better than the stairs

Property was very clean, easy to access, and manager was very communicative. Location is excellent. My only issue is - the rooms are clustered around the entry and if people are checking in late at night, you can hear everything - the rolling of the luggage, the clinking of the keys to open the door. Aside from this, the property was fantastic.

Description stated there would be someone at the reception desk 24/7. We did not see a single staff member during our stay. They contacted us via phone and the check in process was very confusing. Wifi only worked in 1/2 of the room. During checkout we had to pay the city tax to the housekeeper. We did not feel safe here and can't believe how diffrent this place is from the description.
