「The property location is great, very close to shopping, restaurants, and the harbor. It was nice to have breakfast delivered to your room every morning. The staff does not speak English. There was confusion about how to enter the property and I had to find someone to help that worked at a shop next door, which worked out but was frustrating.」

The staff was so helpful. she explained everything and gave recommendations and directions to attractions. The breakfast buffet was very good which included eggs prepared as you order. 「This is was our second stop in Italy, when I reached out them a day before check in as well as day of they never responded to my message. Once we got there we were definitely shocked by the run down entrance, and called their WhatsApp which they immediately answered and helped us get into our room.
