It's a gem of a place in the hustle and bustle of Napoli's historic center. I would highly recommend it - I'm a female solo traveler so safety is a priority, as is cleanliness and just good service. Michaela and Andrea were top notch receptionists that really went out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable with recommendations for dinner etc. Janou was lovely and professional with making sure breakfast is well-prepared. Lovely hotel to stay in right in the heart of a busy part of Naples. Easy to walk to so many popular spots. Surprisingly quiet for being so central, even within the hotel, which was perfect as a mother visiting Naples solo who never gets silent rest! The hotel was lovely, staff lovely, accommodation was very comfortable! Would definitely revisit. Thank you for a great stay!

We were mutually intimidated by the location of this hotel - seemingly in a graffiti filled alley. But Marcella immediately calmed us and when the gates opened to secure our car and we saw this hidden gem, we were in awe! Great location, beautiful room and details.
