「Es una ESTAFA, ¡NO lo RECOMIENDO! Cuando llegamos la primera noche no había nadie en recepción, no nos atendieron y tuvimos que pagarnos otro hotel. Cuando hicimos el check-in, nos cobraron varias tasas sin justificación y solo se podía pagar con dinero en efectivo. El personal fue muy desagradable. Y tanto la ducha, como la habitación estaban muy sucias. Tuvimos muy MALA experiencia.」

「今年4月才开的，位于一栋建筑内，这栋建筑特别有意思，类似中国的天井。酒店设施非常新，设备也现代化，有电梯上楼，早餐也很棒，总共4个套房，各自一个主题命名。有两个套房可合并作为大套房，本次有幸入住，很大 空高也非常高和装修相得益彰，分别都有小阳台。要过两道大门（大门很有意思）也安全，门卡和钥匙相结合。位于那不勒斯火车站步行15-20分钟路程的位置，建筑身后不远处就是逛街区域，很方便也很好找，我们是晚上抵达，提前联系了房东了解了信息，反馈很迅速且信息也很全面，从机场打车也很好找。照了房间美丽的照片暂时无法分享很遗憾，图片没有实物美。」

「Hotel was clean and beautiful and staff was lovely. They were kind and incredibly helpful. My only complaint is that the photos on Expedia, including the email inviting me to review the property, shows what looks like a private plunge pool on the terrace. I suspect this may be more of an Expedia issue, but suggest it gets corrected.」
