First visit to Sorrento and staying here was the best! Location was perfection! We loved the boutique hotel feel, the staff was very helpful and the rooms had cold a/c. The rooms were spacious and we LOVED the breakfast spread that was included daily. Eating outside on the patio was fabulous, by the lemon vines and surrounded by the gorgeous flowers on the patio. 10/10 stars for me, we will be back.

We rented a suite with a balcony. The room was exactly as pictured on Expedia. It was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge and safe in the room. Staff was friendy and spoke english. They were very helpfull in assisting with anything thing we had questions about. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in the heart of Sorrento. Eventhough our balcony overlooked the square, it was never noisy in our room once we closed the balcony doors.

This is an excellent place to stay in Sorrento. The location is perfect in the Palazzo Tesso where you can easily go to all the restaurants, shops, and Port to catch a ferry to Capri easily. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is tasty and fresh set up in a beautiful room every morning. I highly recommend this place.

Staff was wonderful. Enjoyed the daily breakfast. We were upgraded to a large suite and was very happy with the room. It is very important to know the hotel is directly on the square. While this is great from being in a central location, it is very noisy at night (soundproofing is not the best).

Excellent stay in Sorrento

This hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and modern and had two balconies overlooking the Piazza. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and offer help when asked. The location was right in the heart of Sorrento. If I return to the city I will certainly stay here again.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Sorrento

The location of this hotel was great as was the wonderful owner and staff. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and our room was so brightly decorated in yellow like the delicious lemons of the area. I highly recommend this hotel in Sorrento.
