Excellent stay in Sorrento

This hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and modern and had two balconies overlooking the Piazza. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and offer help when asked. The location was right in the heart of Sorrento. If I return to the city I will certainly stay here again.

Staff was on top of your needs, they would set up trips, gave great food recommendations, the breakfast was amazing, healthy options, and great pastries. Lots of fruit, and even offer scrambled eggs daily. But their specialty was cappuccino with a chocolate foam heart. The place was spotless and your room smelled so fresh after they cleaned it.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Sorrento

The location of this hotel was great as was the wonderful owner and staff. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and our room was so brightly decorated in yellow like the delicious lemons of the area. I highly recommend this hotel in Sorrento.

The junior suite option at the hotel offered fantastic views of the Square and although with balcony doors open it gave a birds eye view and noisy ambiance, this was immediately cut once the doors were closed thanks to their triple glazing, so best of both worlds! Staff were excellent, offering recommendations and could not do enough at checking in and would highly recommend this central location, certainly would stop at this hotel again if in Sorrento. Also worth mentioning they organised one-way transport from Naples Airport via a MPV taxi which was superb. The driver was local and extremely knowledgeable chatting to us on the way to the hotel and giving us some tips. 10/10

This is a family owned and staffed property. They attended to every detail perfectly. The hotel was spotless. The room was very large compared to most, overlooking the Tasso Piazza. The family was very welcoming and advised us of the better places to dine. There is no doubt that I would highly recommend Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais to every one.

Great Hotel….. but

Very nice hotel. Great location, very clean, and the staff were helpful. The But…The only downside was the discotheque club located beneath the hotel. Opened at 11pm until 3am. The music bass was very noticeable. Have to imagine all low floor hotel rooms hear and feel this. The three of our phones sound apps were on high volume to try to washout music.

Perfect place to stay in Sorrento. Great room with a view. We could walk all over (shopping, beach, or just explore) and there were places to eat or grab a drink around every corner. We enjoyed our stay here! The luggage elevator and glass entrance door are pretty neat too.

This is an amazing hotel! The convenient location in the center of everything saved us a ton of money on taxis. We could walk to everything. The location saved us both time and money, and we truly enjoyed the views. Although you are right in the center of everything, the soundproof windows proved to be very effective and you are never bothered by outside noise. The staff is as friendly, professional, and personal as you could hope for. They seem to know everyone saying there by name and they were very interactive and helpful in every way. An additional plus, they have a fabulous breakfast and a gorgeous terrace upon which you can eat it. Highly recommend!
