"I come to Lansing every 4th and originally used to stay at the Marriott downtown and with kids the Hyatt House is a far better choice and overall just higher quality. I left my wedding ring in my room and they called and we made arrangements to get my ring back and even offered a shipping option. I'll be staying here for every Lansing visit. "

"I loved the hotel it was clean the staff were very helpful but the only thing I didn’t like was the limited items for breakfast and the eggs were so dry"

"Everything was excellent with the exception of being unable to use the pullout sofa bed. The matress on it was dirty, stained and smelled. Everything else was perfect best stay so far."
