Very old and rundown hotel. Lots of stains on the floor and furniture. Beds were very old and worn out. Sheets and bedding seemed clean and bathrooms have been updated. Breakfast was okay with eggs sausage and waffles. Pool was cold and small. Not your typical Country Inn. They are updating the property but we would not recommend staying here until it is all updated.

The room we were given was dirty and the phone didn't work. The girl that checked us in was amazing. She upgraded us to a suite which was clean but the toilet didn't work. Instead of moving again, since we were right by the stairs, we used the restroom that was available on the first floor. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were great! The Novi location was so much better.

I will file a formal complaint but no shower curtain, mold, smoke alarm falling down, curtains looked like they were old and chewed up by rats. Smell of marijuana all the time. Staff did not care and Expedia says I can’t get money back on two other days booked so will be moving my business elsewhwre

Front desk staff were nice and helpful! But the Hotel was extremely dirty from the hallways, pool room to the actual hotel room. Red stuff splattered on the walls in the room,Toilet paper holder broken hanging off the wall, hair dryer broken in the room, screen to the window was not even secured onto the window, carpet had sticky stuff all over it throughout the room. None of the 3 tvs worked. Pillows were very small. People smoking weed outside the pool room, with the door open and children inside. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at, would never recommend to anyone.

Clean rooms. They are remodeling so things are a bit disjointed. Bathroom in our room was redone, but the desk chair was really ratty. Breakfast was great.
