「Bathroom and bedroom was clean. Actual bathroom fixtures wear shining. Good supply of towels and toiletries also. Lots of shops nearby - Walmart and fine clothing stores - The Gap, Victoria Secret etc. Hotel located in Eastwood shopping area with wonderful restaurants in Eastwood shopping area along with other restaurants down the street on Lansing St. Blvd. There is also a bank close by.」

「Here are my quick thoughts. Staff was great My room door sticks to the floor so it was difficult to open (440) Not enough towels...I needed to grab towels everyday Room Service kept room neat Many homeless in the area by the door. It made it a little uncomfortable I dont agree with $15 a day for parking I didnt like the freight trains running all day and night」

「As soon as we got there, we were informed the pool was broken (part reason we booked this stay). After a day, we needed more towels and we called the front desk and nobody answered, then we sent a text and they called saying they were short staffed and it was only them so we would have to get the towels ourselves. We went down to the front desk and asked for towels and the lady replied with a rude tone “which ones!?” And we said all of them and then we asked got another role of toilet paper and...

「Bed was hard. AC unit was noisy. Was of hair found in one of the three towels given. Pool and hot tub not functioning. Very disappointing.」

「Breakfast not good, room is old Pillows awful and rooms old and hotel, Front desk excellent Air conditioner didn't work, old, bathrooms old , beds not comfortable, will not be staying at this location ever again. Only thing good is staff!」

「Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.」

「Our room had an awful musty smell. When we asked the front desk if there was something we could do, we were told that housekeeping did not show that day but offered to come and spray lemon scented Lysol. We discovered the AC was leaking, causing the carpet to be soaked in a large ring on that side of the room. We assume this was causing the smell. We stayed for 3 nights and never had housekeeping pick up or drop off new towels.」
