"Reception was closed when we arrived but there was a self check in at the front door. It gave us the wrong key to start with but this was very quickly sorted after a quick phone call. Our room was bright and comfortable although the bed was slightly hard but that’s just my opinion. The only negative I can think of is that the hairdryer overheated and cut out easily.The breakfast was lovely, both continental and eggs bacon and sausages. Service was excellent. "Business hotel location ok"

"Staff lacking friendliness. Balcony to be shared with neighbour without notification or any kind of separation outside. Was locked out of my room once late in the evening after key card had not been re- activated after I previously made sure my extension had been recognised at reception twice ( sincerity received no confirmation email). Had to call an emergency number who opened the door. No apology st the reception the next morning, only after I asked for one. Hotel could have had a great...

"I stayed here for three nights while visiting Hannover and it was a fantastic hotel. The location is great. about a 30 minute walk from the main train station or you can take a taxi. This is probably the best hotel near the University of Hannover."
