Perfect location/walking distance to both the city and the Hans von Heidel arena which was the reason for our stay. Rooms were nice. My brothers room had a light that couldnt turn off but at least be dimmed and my mothers rooms minibar didnt cool, but not big problems at all. Nice staff. This would be a hotel we will book again if going to Hannover another time.

Overall excellent!

Friendly greeting on arrival. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Complimentary drinks in mini fridge an unexpected bonus as was the tea and coffee in reception. Breakfast was well stocked with continental and cooked breakfast items. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Things I didn't like: Bathroom had a fowl smell on and off, had to use odor spray quite often. Housekeeping is only on request and even after I requested for my room to be cleaned (I travelled to a family's place for 3 days) and still didn't get done, my room was not cleaned. Things I liked: Right in middle of great sights seeing, downtown, very accessible to transportation.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt – hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Leider funktionierte während des gesamten Aufenthalts der Kühlschrank nicht, was besonders ärgerlich war, da ich mit meinem Kleinkind unterwegs war und Gläschen kühlen musste. Ich habe direkt am ersten Tag um eine Reparatur gebeten, aber es wurde leider nichts unternommen. Der Zimmerservice kam nur auf ausdrückliche Anfrage – das hätte bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie etwas besser organisiert sein dürfen. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut und frisch, aber mit 24,90 € pro Person und Tag deutlich zu teuer. Ein Preis von rund 15 € hätte dem Angebot eher entsprochen

Das Hotel ist soweit in Ordnung, leider muss ich bemängeln, dass die Parkgebühren 19Euro pro Tag zu hoch sind.Ich war 5 Nächte da, das wären für mich 95 Euro -viel zu teuer. Das nächste was nicht schön ist, man kommt von einen anstrengenden Tag in das Hotel und kann nicht mal einen Kaffee, Wein o.ä. erhalten. Es gibt zwar eine Hotelbar, aber die ist zu. Ich habe gleich in der Nähe viele Hotelgäste getroffen, die wie ich ein kleines Restaurant suchten, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Das ist ein finanzieller Verlust für das Haus, könnten sie besser machen. Das das Hotel an Personalmangel leidet, konnte man auch sehen, die Damen der Rezeption putzten die Hotel Lobby und das Frühstücks Foyer (mit Eimer und Feudel) Das ist Einsatz. Aber auch etwas peinlich. Da sollte ich die Hotelleitung mal Gedanken machen, wie das auf Gäste wirkt.
