"Usually use Prem Inn but prices are getting ridicules, found Kingfisher Bard, first class, reasonable price and breakfast included not like Prem Inn, £9.50 extra for continental brekkie. Definitely use again."

"Very nice and cozy bedroom at the top floor of the building. everything was clean and cozy! Surrounding area does not allow you to park. Check out: no instruction on where to leave the keys... Overall, I would very recommend it!"

"Overall our stay was great. We slept ok. Our room overlooked the garden and was comfortable and quiet. The only thing we didn’t like was that the room wasn’t serviced during our stay (4 nights). This meant that we ran out of milk sachets for coffee on our second day & they weren’t topped up. Had there been a mini fridge in the room, we could have bought a carton of milk from the supermarket & it would have kept fresh in the fridge. "

"The hotel is nice and clean. One of the better hotels. We’ve stayed before and really enjoyed. Just on this occasion someone’s children was running around til nearly 12 at night opening and shutting doors every 2 mins "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sandford Lane Guest House. A very warm 'Bonjour' (correctly guessed based on my first name ;-) as welcome greeting, a nice room, spacious bathroom, a breakfast with homemade bread and honey amongst other items... Highly recommended!"

"Lovely pub very pretty right next to the River Thames. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Did not eat in the pub but good menu reasonably priced and the food I saw being served looked good. Room spacious and away from the pub with a private entrance. Comfortable bed good size tv good shower and plentiful supplies of toiletries and tea and coffee etc. Town very pretty and peaceful with a few more nice pubs all about 4 minutes walk away."

"Excellent service and friendly helpful staff. Excellent location, right next to the train station, plenty of free parking. Hotel was clean and warm despite it being freezing. Our room didn’t have an en suite and had to access our private bathroom across the corridor. Room was cosy, a little old fashion in decor but added to the charm. I would definitely return and recommend. "

"Quaint stay, friendly staff, family run business. There is construction outside but did not hear it at all at night. The rooms are around the corner from the main office, very close to train station. We stayed on the bottom floor and there was one bathroom to share with one other room stay. The bathroom was newly renovated with a very nice shower. The rooms themselves were a bit outdated, single beds, with a sink, and a window that opens to a cute overgrown garden. I was expecting a busier...

"Very comfortable stay. Room for 4 was very clean and comfortable. Nice friendly atmosphere in the pub. Staff very friendly. Reasonably priced. Menu is limited to burgers. However, the burgers are excellent!! Breakfast was lovely and half pricer if staying over."
