"An Inn dated back in 1878, a gem. Rooms are currently renovated on its old bone, carries a strong contrast to its pub on the ground floor where homey yummy food served. The staff was super chilled, it’s Peckham after all. Highly recommend!!!"

"Large rooms, great shower area, large locker, great receptionist and common area. Walkable to some attractions. Location doesn't feel the safest especially at night."

"The hotel was generally very good. Unfortunately we were given a room on level 2 which is actually below ground, so we had a fake 'window' with no view. This should have been explained at the time of booking."

"For a budget option this was brilliant, check-in was super easy and quick, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room was extremely clean and had everything I needed in it, if I really wanted to be picky it just lacked a fridge, it is located excellently, 2mins from Bromley South and right on top of the shops. There are plenty of places locally to eat and drink. Should the occasion arise again that I needed to stay in Bromley I'd definitely stay here."

"Near to prime area"

"Hotel was in easy walk of underground station and DLR. I stayed for a night before going to Excel, a short journey using the DLR. The room was functional and had an ensuite shower room. The shower was good and hot. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast supplied was a pleasant surprise, quite a choice of items, although self service, very good."

"Price represents extremely good value for money. Staff were very friendly, the location is exquisite (adjacent to the train station), and the cleanliness was good. The added common space was also a bonus. Would recommend 100%"

"Had a really nice welcome when i arrived. Room was of a good standard and reasonably priced for London Marathon compared to some places. Overall a comfortable stay. The only downside was that there was quite a lot of noise and the doors opening and closing were quite loud through the night. But it is London afterall i guess. "

"The entire staff, including but not limited to Elise, Ade, Greg, Aj, Kiera, Morena & Parth were amazing. They all were very accommodating and helpful. They all work very hard on maintenance and cleanliness. I would stay here again! Thank you to all the new friends i made on this leg of my journey!"

"Carpet on stairs needs a really really really good clean. Tv had no connection at all and was told I had to leave at 10 am instead of 11 usual check out time."

"Very close to A127 which is handy but it can also be noisy though not the Hotel's fault.Very close to large Retail Park (Pipps Hill) which is useful for food. Guests need to be reminded of the need not to slam doors at any time particularly at night, slightly annoying that parents allow their children to run around in the dining area. O therwise accomodation suitable for my needs. "
