Works much better if you have WhatsApp. I don't and around 50% of the time I need to call the hotel to get in. I get in eventually, but it can be frustrating. Apart from that, I love it. Cheap, great location, always clean and quiet.

All.. The key pad for the code is on the handle of the door! Tap it and the numbers light up. Took me ages to find it! Overall I felt safe, everybody was respectful and it was clean, great for the price.

I spent 4 nights in a capsule while exploring London by myself. I was surprised of how well everything worked with codes sent to me, and how well equipped the capsule itself was. Location was nice and walkable too. I'm pretty sure this is the best value you can get in London!
