「We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. The Bosch appliances, large, illy coffeemaker, and everything was top notch. Pool was clean and very nice, with hot tub and some cabanas for daytime, but our evening swim and the night lights view was...

「1st time visiting Miami.Arlo staff were amazing, we came with our daughter who is in a wheelchair and they were all so helpful,especially the valet parking guys. Room looked great however the bathroom had long visible hair strands in the shower, and the balcony had bird poop on railings. While the hotel has great art all throughout the premises its 3rd floor hall area where the gallery,2nd bar and garden is located is like a maze of closed doors to try and get to the right area. I loved the pool...

Muy cómodo, en el baño faltaría algo para poder colgar las toallas y los productos de baño. Y en la sala. Con un espejo. Para cuerpo completo quedaría espectacular y muy completo , por todo lo demás está muy bien el sofá es muy cómodo al igual que la cama y la seguridad. Está excelente y de ubicación está. Super central a 10 minutos caminando a calle 8 de la pequeña habana...

「We booked a 3 bedroom at one location and some friends also booked at the same location. We were told right before check in we were moved to another location away from the original location we booked. Super disappointed.」

「Never staying again personally. The room was nice don’t get me wrong, but I woke up to bugs in my bed on three separate occasions. They changed to code to the front door without telling anybody, took me physically ringing them to get the new code, and is just in an overall shady area.」
