"Staffs were wonderful , very clean clean kimono every day , food was good water tea and coffee also matcha available all the time . Hot springs , natural hot springs, sauna and steam room available , at any time . Respect the culture no shoes, but locker provided for shoes. Shoes were provided. Loved the place. "Hotel is across the street on the south side of Kyoto station (the less busy side) and is beside a large vertical mall. Makes for very convenient access to the train and subway lines, although Kyoto station is not the easiest to navigate."
