Very comfortable with accommodating and welcoming staff. They stayed open two hours past listed close because my flight was coming late, just with a call ahead. However, they are very strict with guests even if they are not spending the night.

I liked that the hotel is close to many things, but not right in thr middle of thr main tourist areas. The room was nice and a bit bigger than most other rooms I had in Japan. Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you!

We loved staying at Kiki's. Their room is comfortable and clean. They don't advertise this, but the room on 4th floor had an incredible city view of the Kyoto tower! They provide free coffee and have laundry for a fee. The hotel is very modern and looks cool. We'll stay again!

Nice new hotel near Gojo subway station. If you need to take the Hankyu line, it is just a 10 min walk. Hotel staff is friendly and tries to communicate i English if you cant speak Japanese. Room is spacious and clean with separate toilets and shower bath tub. They provide free bath essences at the lobby, feel free to use them with the deep bath tub. There is also new coin laundry (2-in-1, wash and dry functions) that works way better than most other hotels' dryers. Do note that front desk is until 10pm only but generally I do not need any front desk services that late. So take note if you do.

This is like a ghost hotel with the staff almost always absent from the front desk, even during the daytime. The staff members also speak ZERO English and use a tablet to communicate. The facilities are pretty basic. I would not choose to stay here again, as I found the lack of customer service to be an issue.
