客室は清潔に保たれ快適に過ごすことができた。特に浴室スペースが広くゆっくり入浴することができるのが良かった。 強いていえば、ミネラルウォーターの配備があるとより良かったが、ホテル内にコンビニがあるので必要なものはいつでも購入でき、客室に持ち帰る用の買い物カゴが用意されているのは大変便利。 何よりも駅からも近く利便性はいうことなしです。

The in house lounge wear (t-shirt and pants) was a little odd, most Japan hotels provide kimono style robes! Twin beds’ room style seemed big, but there’s not enough space for 2 regular size suit cases since the bed frame is low to the floor! Luckily did not purchase breakfast, the only restaurant is small and always overcrowded with tours! Don’t think anyone will enjoy a relax breakfast!

The location was right across from the station with a 711 in the hotel. Bathroom was small but did the job and was clean. We had a line for breakfast one morning but we were seated within a few minutes and the hot food was restocked quickly. Pretty much a nice place to stay in Kyoto.

Excellent location that was hard to find at first. Very close to Kyoto station, to great restaurants and to a helpful 7-11 store. Close to the very fun BioLab attraction, the highlight of our visit. Helpful, courteous staff who made us comfortable and met our needs.

とても清潔な部屋でした また朝食もおいしくて大満足です セルフのチェックアウトでしたが、スタッフの方が丁寧に教えてくださり助かりました ぜひまた利用したいと思います。 ただ一つ、洗面所にティシュペーパーがなかったのが不便でした
