1. The bar on the top floor is said to be open in response to the weather, but it doesn't rain and it doesn't open (see if other restaurants nearby are open on the top floor) 2. There is a spider in the slippers in the room. 3. The room type looks like it is for inconvenient...

「One of the best hotels in the world. And definitely the best I have ever stayed at in my life. The employees are so friendly and leave enough space for customers. The rooms are so comfortable that they made me have a great sleep. The price is worth it.」

「Everything is great with the hotel - except - (1) long walk uphill to get back to hotel after a day out, and - (2) if you are driving, the hotel’s small carpark is at the bottom of the hill, which means you’ll have to walk up that moderately steep slope to get back to hotel….which can be a good daily exercise….」

「Nice room and equipment, just like living in Japan . 」

「Lovely hotel in quiet location. Limited amenities onsite.」

「The room was clean and tidy, and having a private sauna was amazing—it felt so relaxing to unwind there after walking all day! Parking is quite limited with only two spots available. We had to park at a nearby lot on the first night, but we were able to reserve a space for the remaining two nights, which made things very convenient.」
