「This was the best hotel stay in my whole life! To start the property I believe is a refurbished historic ryokan so it definitely has the charm of a traditional stay while being luxury appointed ! I cannot speak better about staff here they were so helpful they went out of there way to make sure we had everything , greet us, open doors, offer us umbrellas on rainy days! We did also pay for breakfast and that was truly such a cool experience, taxi was waiting for us in the morning to bring us to...

「Staff are very professional and nice. Room is clean and water pressure is excellent. A point to note is that there are only 3 washing machines. The only one unfavourable thing is the TV, I tried several times but still failed to watch Youtube on it.」

「We loved this hotel and its location in Kyoto. We walked to many attractions from the hotel as it is very convenient for tourists. Some of the nearby dining was fantastic and less than a two minute walk from the hotel. Hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. 」
