I had a really quick experience when I checked in and checked out it’s pretty smooth staying in the hotel. It’s very cosy and the staff is pretty nice. I really like the coffee and the self-serve café bar is amazing.

We didn’t go there to shop so I can’t speak to the shopping experience. There were 7-Eleven‘s nearby and some other stores however, we stayed in Kyoto overnight to experience the nightlife and go to the temples in the morning. The hotel was perfect. The people were very kind. I like the snacks and welcoming atmosphere.

My wife and I stayed at Insomnia for our honeymoon! The staff were so lovely to deal with. They were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Only negative was the room was too small, however, the shower was amazing! Separate toilet worked out well and the bidet was the best of our trip. Staff was very helpful and friendly. 7-11 around the corner. A few restaurants close by as well. Subway was very close by. A Room and facilities were clean. Beverages and baked good came in handy, although they were the same everyday. If the rooms weren’t so small, we’d stay there again.

I loved this small hotel! It was clean and conveniently located. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pastries and drinks were certainly appreciated after getting back to the hotel from a long day of exploring. The room was small but had enough room to lay out our 2 carry-on suitcases. The bath area was fabulous. Highly recommended!!!
