Great place to stay and the twin room we stayed in had more room than we experienced in other hotels. The staff were amazing and friendly. Great facilities with laundry, vending machine etc on site. Would stay again l.

The hotel I stayed 6 nights in Tokyo did I not provide any room service. For this Kyoto hotel I can request change of bed sheets and room cleaning. For the 5 nights I stayed in this Kyoto hotel, I requested room cleaning on the third day morning, when I’ m back in the late afternoon, the room was in very good condition

The property was within walking distance Kyoto's train station. There was 7/11 on way past to grab any needs. Was good clean comfortable room, typical japanese size. Had fridge and kettle in room. Shampoo/Conditioner/Shower Gel. For the price light breakfast, should be included. I would definitely stay here again. On down side they need to fix dryers to hot. Twice had to dry my clothes, even had reception help me by telling me to put smaller loads in each dryer. X 2. The clothes were cold and not dried. They dried in my room with heater on. Had washing hanging everywhere.

청결하고 무료로 언제든지 짐 보관해줘서 일찍 체크인하기 유리합니다. 쿄토역에서 도보10분 내외로 가깝고 좋습니다. 가까운곳에 편의점이 있으며, 매우 만족스러웠습니다

JR京都駅から徒歩３～４分の好立地。周辺もゴチャゴチャしていなくて良い。スタッフの方々も丁寧で、気持ち良く滞在出来ました。ありがとうございました。

ベットなのかなんなのか、部屋が犬臭かったです。綺麗なホテルだし、部屋も広く、京都駅からも近いのでまた利用するつもりでしたが、掃除が行き届いておらず、残念でした。

出来ただかりでとても綺麗なホテルでした、一階の食堂でコーヒーやお茶のサービスも良かったです。洗面所の水量の調整が難しかったです。

机が無く物を置くのに困った。鏡がお風呂とトイレが一緒になったいる場所にしかなかったのが残念。トイレに入るとすりガラスで抵抗があり何か目隠しが有ればいいのかと。ベットはダブルでも2つに分かれていて安眠出来た。ロケーションはいい。

想像してた以上に良かった

3泊4日の旅行の1泊目にこのホテル予約。口コミを見てあまりいい印象ではなかったんですが、値段も格安だった為、半信半疑で予約しました。到着後朝一番で荷物を預けましたが従業員の方の対応は悪くなく一安心。ただ食事処の端っこに荷物がまとめて置かれてて誰でもとれちゃいそうな感じがしたのが残念でしたが、どこのホテルも同じ感じかな。部屋は狭いですがビジネスホテルなので許容範囲、水回りは清潔感がありとても綺麗でした。連泊での旅行だったんですが2泊目3泊目のホテルは別のところを取ったのを後悔。また次回京都に行った際には利用します！

新しいうちは良かったんですけどね〜

以前も宿泊した事が有り、安心して宿泊する予定でしたが、チェックイン時間は融通が効かず15:30では出来なくて16:00まで待って下さいとの事(まあチェックイン時間は16:00ですから文句付けるところではないですけど)。もし部屋の掃除が遅れているなら理由を言って貰えば納得ですが、少し硬すぎの対応です。そして風呂には長い髪の毛が落ちてました。連泊しましたがその次の日は髪の毛は落ちてませんでしたが、タオルに髪の毛付きでした。ちょっとガッカリの宿泊でした。あとお風呂のお湯の出方が手洗いには水圧強すぎて使いにくかったです。全体には古くなった分、部屋も汚れてました。もう少し綺麗にできるとは思いますが残念です。

3/20～3/22に彼と宿泊しました。京都駅八条東口から10分ほどです。8階建てで各回5部屋と小さめのホテルです。ロビー受付には外国人の女性スタッフが2名おり日本語はとても上手で愛想がいいです。部屋は狭く部屋のドアを開けると直ぐにベッドでテーブルはありません。椅子は小さいのがありましが用途が分かりません。冷蔵庫、ドライヤーアメニティはありました。ロビーにベッドは清潔で枕元に電源のコンセントが沢山あり2人で充分でした。窓は開かないので外気温が全く分からないのと取り付けられた障子の木枠を誰かが指でスーッとホコリを集めた痕がありました。壁には小さな換気扇がありますがそのまわりの壁はホコリがびっしり付いてます。2日目にそれらが綺麗に掃除されてる事はありませんでした。ドアの鍵には水拭き掃除した後の水滴が拭き取られてないので水垢として残っていました。お風呂トイレは狭く窮屈でした。部屋着は部屋には常備していませんので必要な時はフロントで貰います。ロビーにあるコーヒーは美味しく24時間飲めます。部屋に持ち込む事も出来ます。コロナの影響で空いていたので料金も安くよかったのですがお部屋の清掃が行き届いてないのでリピはありません。
