Muy buena atención. El hotel ofrece tiene una biblioteca comedor, donde puedes tomar café y agua gratis desde las 6:00 hrs, hasta las 00:00 hrs. Además en la noche ponen dulces y botana gratis. También cuentan con lockers de uso gratuito que puedes usar incluso después del check-out. La habitación estaba muy limpia, comoda y con todos los servicios. Es una cadena de hoteles con muy buena atención y con un excelente precio.

Comfort Hotel ERA Kyoto Toji is clean, staff are friendly, efficient and accommodating. They have a library cafe where guests can relax, read a book, have free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. There is a small selection of alcoholic drinks that you can purchase for a small fee. The laundry onsite is a bonus. They have a small stone garden where you can meditate by looking through the glass. They have a locker to hold your luggage before/after check-in/out. They have luggage forwarding service. The location is excellent right next to a train station and convenience store. Highly recommended!

Decent hotel close to Toji Station. We are a young family of 3, this hotel is situated close to Toji station which is a good 5-6 minute train ride from Kyoto station. The hotel itself is close walk to a Kombini (Lawson’s), and also some local dining options as well. The room in this hotel is quite on the smaller side but it was enough as we did not stay much anyway. Buffet breakfast is cheap and we accessed this everyday during our stay, as we struggled access with fruit and veggies during our trip. The hotel also offer laundry and drying services (self-service), pretty easy to use and straight forward. Pajamas are offered in this hotel, one size fits all sort of. Hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful as well. Only downside is that the lifts/elevators are limited and sometimes there is a bit of a wait in terms of access. Overall, would recommend this hotel due to location, and buffet breakfast affordability.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Haltestation der Straßenbahn, was super ist. Trotzdem sind wir meistens zum Hauptbahnhof gelaufen, da das der Ausgangspunkt zu den meisten Bahnlinien zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Das sind ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Frühstück kann vor Ort dazugebucht werden, was aber 1,650 Yen kostet. Wir würden empfehlen das Frühstück entweder vorher zu buchen oder woanders frühstücken zu gehen. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist ein Buffet mit einer Auswahl an westlichen und japanischen Speisen. Das Zweibettzimmer war ausreichend groß, um beide Koffer unterzubringen. Wir haben dann noch eine Nacht verlängert und mussten in ein kleineres Doppelzimmer umziehen, dort war es dann schwierig beide Koffer gleichzeitig zu öffnen. Der Check-In war ganz einfach und wir konnten unsere Koffer auch nach Check-Out dort stehen lassen, was toll war.
