Really close to a train station to get to Kyoto station. The amenities are great, the staff was accommodating. Though sometimes theyd clean the entire room, other times it was only the beds and bathroom.

This hotel was such a surprise. So much better than our previous hotel in Tokyo. It really is to be recommended. Just one JR metro stop from Kyoto central station so JR Pass ticket holders travel to and from free. No hesitation to use again

We loved the hotel and the staff were very polite and kind. The location is perfect, literally connected to the train station by a path that takes less than an 3 minute walk. Great spa and dining options. They had an awesome crafts fair right across the street. Awesome! Grateful!

This is a beautiful hotel. The roof top deck and hotel pajamas were the highlights of our stay. This hotel is in a quieter side of the city but easily accessible to the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
