"Highly recommend this place to stay in Kyoto, so close to Gion, wonderful restaurants, and transport. The accommodation is so spacious, well equipped, clean and has a wonderful feel with an amazing wooden bath. Special thanks to Yui who works the front desk and the Cafe. She was wonderful, so friendly, helpful and welcoming to us. It's an amazing place and we would definitely return next time. "

"Hotel Goco is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Kyoto, thanks to its prime central location. Getting around the city and even to nearby areas is incredibly easy from here. Shopping, dining, and cultural experiences are all within walking distance, with the famous Nishiki Market just steps away. "We had a lovely stay. Mr. Ryo went above and beyond to welcome us and help us procure dinner reservations for our large family group. Our room was well appointed, attractive, and comfortable. The bathroom was like a spa! A fifteen minute walk in various directions got us to exciting markets, or the train station, or high-end shops. Loved our stay at Hotel Muso."

Soraniwa Terrace Kyoto Bettei

4.0 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (50)
"Property is very nice and all staff, literally all, are helpful and attentive. They have a very good concierge. The only drawbacks are evening visits to the roof deck require a drink purchase or you can’t hang out there and we were unable to bring our friends onto the property. We wanted to visit with our friends from Kyoto without having to go to a busy restaurant or bar. Otherwise, this is a great property. In room Onsen is great. I recommend the Corner King room"

"I recently stayed at nol kyoto sanjo as a solo traveler on my first trip to Japan. I loved the hotel’s proximity to many of Kyoto’s major attractions - it’s super easy to get to Nishiki Market, the Gino District, Pontocho Alley and plenty of shopping from here. The hotel itself was lovely. The free coffee and sake happy hour in the lobby was refreshing after a day out exploring the city. My room was spacious and I loved the interior design. While not a ryokan of course, it still felt very...
