Staff was friendly, housekeeping did an excellent job. The only negative thing is that the smoking room allows too much smoke into the lobby and the laundry room. We used the laundry room and our clothes smelled of cigarette smoke. Maybe a better ventilation or air purifier would eliminate the smell of smoke

プレミアムラウンジがリラックスできてとても良かったです。おつまみやおばんざい食べ放題ということで、夜ゆっくりしてるとつい食べ過ぎ、飲み過ぎてしまいました。 前までサロンに置いてあった読み放題の漫画類が無くなって居たのは残念でした。 あと、朝食が年々値上がりしているのでもう利用する気になれません。いくらかけ放題は嬉しかったのですが、いくらの値段に釣られてか、上がり幅が大きいように感じます。まあ、朝食べれるところはホテル外にいくらでもあるので不便はないのですが、いくらにそれほど重きを置いてないと、ホテルの醍醐味であるモーニングビュッフェを楽しめないのは残念。
