"The room was perfect and spotless. Everyday they made our bed and gave us fresh towels and coffee and waters. Got room service one night for dinner and it was wonderful! 10/10!"

"We loved everything! When we arrived it was peak check-in time but the front desk staff were plentiful and checked everyone in quickly, which was impressive! Super friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel (bar, restaurant, housekeeping and as mentioned front desk staff). The room (jr suite) was decorated tastefully and the sound system was a nice surprise old school tube and horn system!"

"Great distance from the station and mall. The room was spacious and very clean. You can even leave your suitcase before and after you have checked in or out. Loved the spa which is included in the amenities. They also have a breakfast buffet available. It was a great place to stay at in Kyoto."
