"Love the Japanese style family room. Luxury breakfast is a must try. Onsen was so relaxing and had great atmosphere. My kids loved switching between different types of Onsens and had great fun. A perfect place to stay especially for visitors travelling with family. It is not just a hotel to spend the nights, as we feel that it was our temporary home in Kyoto during our stay."

"All the amenities, lobby, and room were very clean, spacious, and well-maintained! The luggage lockers were especially helpful. Two tips: (1) make sure you rinse off in one of the showers near the public bath before entering (this isn't listed on the list of "rules" but it is, indeed, one). (2) Be prepared to wait awhile for the laundry machines to open up; they were full for a while when we were there. Also you'll probably have to run the drying cycle 1.5 times to get your load fully dry."

"The rooms, baths, and entire hotel was very clean. The buffet breakfast had numerous choices and empty trays were quickly refilled by attentive staff. The bathroom designs were lovely and modern. Ours had a privacy wall of plants. The rooms were a nice size and beds were very comfortable. Towels were provided regularly."
