「整同5體不錯，唯缺少個人衞生用品。」

「Basic amenities ok. But no mini fridge or hairdryer in room a bit inconvenient.」

「We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal」

「When we arrived, we were given a studio room instead of the one-bedroom apartment I had booked. The receptionist told us to contact the booking platform. I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. Staff was courteous and welcoming. It was a bit pricey for the four days we stayed though. Otherwise, everything was great.」

「Helpful staff in the restaurant, kids eat free」

「Relatively clean and comfortable, but it was next door to an Irish Pub and the walls/windows were not insulated for sound. Good news is they played a bunch of bangers! Bad news is they played them until 2 am. Great place if you're looking to party till late. Bad option if you want to sleep while it's dark...」

「Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...
