「櫃檯人員很親切，床很舒適、但衛浴空間太小」

「Loved our overnight stay here. Sunday Roast was Amazing. Would definitely stay again. Be mindful, there’s no lift. The staff is very helpful though and will assist you with your luggage.」

「Location is great, staffs are so friendly, my room is prefect! However, the hotel without lift, if the luggage is heavy and live in high floor, may not be so convenient.」

「通風不足，有污水渠味。睡牀太高要趴上去。」

「The toom is dirty and no heater in the room during this cold season. The waterpipe gets clogged but no body can fix it for you. Don't trust the pictures on the website. The check out time is 10:30 am and after you checked out that you just can leave your luggage in hotel 2 hrs or they will charge you some fee. It's a very terrible experience for the hotel. Before you are going to book this hotel please thinking about what I described for this hotel. 」

「Great addition to London hotel scene. Modern in heritage building. Great quality food (especially breakfast). Young and enthusiastic staff.」

「Quite good generally but the two things I was not very satisfied with being the unreasonably small sink and the noise at night. 」

「乾淨 舒服 。 有冷氣 ，夏天等倫敦還是會熱 。」

「早餐很棒，雖然房間偏小」

「Small but neat and clean hotel, typical of London. Staff is helpful and friendly, location is close enough to get around. Only complain would be the lack of elevator - my room was located on the 3rd floor and had to climb up 5 flights of stairs - not easy with luggage.」

「环境，清洁，服务不错」

「There have been some poor reviews on this property. I thought I’d give it a go as the location was great for work. The communication and check in was really easy, I received my code, clear instructions and got straight in. Love the decor and vibe. Everything was spotless. The bathroom was clean but a little aged, main thing is it was clean for me. Didn’t expect a full kitchen! The remote needed new batteries but again not a biggie and I forgot to feed that back. If you don’t mind a shared...

「the staff were amazing!!! it was my first time in a hostel and they made me feel so comfrontable and safe!!!」

「Great place! Great location!」
