The place was lovely! The staff was friendly and helpful. My room had everything I needed from an electric tea kettle to a Nespresso and perfect little cookies to comfort my tummy. AND the bed was comfortable!

This Hotel was in a great location to the Tube and it was also very walkable through Kensington Park. The room was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good. We had a daily cleaning service for our room. I would highly recommend The Phoenix Hotel for a stay in London.

Hotel was affordable, clean, and sufficient. All hotels in London are overpriced but this hotel was reasonable compare to other hotels, although far too expensive if it was located outside of London. hotel is clean so if you are looking for affordable, clean, safe hotel, this is the place to go to.

The property is located in one of the best areas in London to stay at, very convenient as it is close to an underground station, next to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bakeries, pubs. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room size was good. They offer breakfast, which is nice. Convenient location, easy walk to food, shops, Underground station, and other nearby places. The only thing I didn’t like, was the room didn’t have A/C. It was very hot and stuffy. They do have standing fans in the room, and with the windows open, it cools off enough at night.
