Room was just okay. Very old and the floor squeaked so much that if you had to use the bathroom during the night it woke everyone in the room up. Staff were nice. Very small rooms. Probably won’t stay here again. But it was a good location for us as we were visiting our daughter in London. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Not terrible but just average

Was a little concerned when directed to the basement and through a canteen, but the room was clean and bright despite being below ground level. Excellent location, close to Paddington Station and we were able to check in early and leave bags before heading into London. Only 15 minutes to the Queensway with a huge variety of eating places and two tubes. Hyde Park was closed by too.
