On my second stay a different lady at reception let me know exactly what it was and that it could be removed if I wanted (I was happy to keep it but didn’t like what felt quite sneaky the first night). "Hotel was well situated with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby however room looked a bit dated and could have done with a deeper clean. The grout in the shower was stained, fabric on the furniture had stains and there was spilt coffee on the table when we checked in. "

Staff in the first shift were very helpful and efficient, however in the second shift, we found them less knowledgeable or willing to help. "
