I was bitten by a bee when I am bathing. It was a horrible experience and the entrance is hard to find and no air condition. But the location is good anyway.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! We had an issue with the toilet flush, and it was addressed properly. The meal ticket was also adjusted to include both my cousin and me. That was very much appreciated! Everyone was very kind and the room was very comfortable! Excellent location! Thank you!

We were very conveniently placed for our visit to the Royal Albert Hall. It was a bit of a walk from S Kensington Tube Station,as we are in our 80's It was a very good price for central London accommodation.

The bed was way too small for two and jammed up against a wall difficult to access and not a goodnights sleep but very close to Albert Hall . but everything else was lovely

The staff that served me was excellent. The room itself is small and barely had any ventilation as it only had a tiny small desk fan, no AC and a window that barely opens. The bed is cheap and uncomfortable but it’s practical. There is lots of room to store things which is good. The bathroom is standard and a good design. The area is excellent for transportation, things to do as you are right next to the a few museums. The accommodation is for students which makes more sense but this isn’t stated on the listing. But the staff member that helped me was very lovely

Wonderful student accommodation in the heart of London. Fabulous staff. Really recommend this summer accomodation option for those whose budget isn't huge, but want somewhere safe, affordable, and friendly.

I enjoyed the peaceful, green surroundings. The staff is friendly and welcoming. One thing I found disappointing was that the double bed was only 120 centimeters wide. Much too narrow for two people.

The location was fantastic for seeing a concert in the Royal Albert Hall. The staff are very friendly and having a shop on the campus was very helpful. The room is basic but perfectly suitable as somewhere safe and comfortable to sleep and get ready. It is student accommodation majority of the year so it will have scuffs and scratches and won’t be spotlessly clean. But if you need somewhere comfortable to sleep and get ready before heading out, then I’d very much recommend it.

I booked this thinking it was a hotel. What it actually is is student accommodation. The rooms are beyond basic, no T.V no fridge, hairdryer etc. Very uncomfortable small bed . It is however situated in a first class position for all that South Kensington offers, close to tube and museums and plenty of places to eat and drink

Note, this is a college dormitory at Imperial College in London. They rent rooms when classes are not in session or during off periods. However, there will be students there. The room is not much, no A/C, tiny bathroom. However, you can walk to great pubs, the Natural History Museum, and South Kensington Station.

C’est ce à quoi je m’attendais en réservant. Le quartier est très bien, même pour deux filles qui voyagent seules et rentrent le soir. Chambre tout à fait correctes, réception ouverte très tard, personnel sympathique. Je souligne néanmoins que les alarmes incendies s’activent quand quelqu’un prend sa douche sans fermer la porte : la vapeur d’eau active l’alarme ; ce qui nous a valu d’être réveillées à 7h du matin par celle-ci. Il a fallu sortir en vitesse du bâtiment et attendre de pouvoir remonter. Je pense que ces alarmes devraient être changées.
