「You need to check their negative feedback too before making decision. This property is not a typical hotel! They do house keeping once a week only. I stay 5 nights and I need to ask for clean towel, toilet paper almost everyday. No garbage collecting as well! There is no phone in the room and you need to go down to reception in case you need anything. The room is very dark and it is not very convenient. The breakfast is ok but look at the condition of the toast served. I will find another...

「The hotel is between 2 underground stations, within 10 mins easy walk to both. Location is easy to get to the LHR airport and most of the landmarks by taking underground. Even the hotel rooms are small but in good and comfort condition. Staffs are very helpful and welcoming. Supermarkets nearby, the closest one literally just near door, which is a big one with Starbucks, so is very convenience. Hotel restaurant is good, and there are also many around.
