Very clean rooms and very clean and beautiful common places. The staff at bar was very friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restraunts close by. Train station is next to the hotel and makes it very accessible from everywhere . It's so close to all amenities and yet so quiet at night
Excellent location with helpful staff. Stylish bar and calm decor throughout. Very well appointed rooms. However no room service or breakfast. Adjoining Idalia not a suitable venue for daylight meals with unhelpful service and cold tired breakfast buffet amidst festoons of plastic ivy.
This hotel was beautiful! All features in the bedroom were so throughout and useful. The staff were so friendly and willing to help out with anything. The bed was so comfortable and dressing gowns in the bedroom added to the luxuriousness of the hotel. I didn’t realise until talking to a member of staff that the hotel had been open for less than a week but that didn’t show at all.
I stayed here within the first month after the hotel opened, and both the room and public areas were in excellent, brand-new condition.
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, who assisted with my luggage from the taxi and kindly explained the room facilities. The service was excellent from the start.
While the hotel seems mainly intended for visitors attending events at the nearby Olympia London, I chose it for visiting my siblings who live in the area. Although it is not in the traditional city centre, the hotel is directly next to a station, and I found public transportation convenient despite occasional transfers.
The fitness centre was also impressive, with useful equipment including dumbbells, benchs, and a rowing machine—not just a few treadmills as is common in many hotels. It was more than sufficient for maintaining my fitness routine during my stay.
Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel.
New hotel so rooms are nice but the staff told us there isn’t 24 hour dining room service meanwhile the TV and menus said there were.
Only amenity is a gym. Location isn’t convenient if you want to explore historical tourist spots in London but there are restaurant options nearby. Other than that though there isn’t much.
Feels more 4 star than 5 star.
Overall the hotel is great and in good condition as it is quite new. Generally, I found the staff quite good however they seem to be a couple of issues with the cleaning staff over the weekend and the amenities that were supplied in my bathroom once I pointed this out to staff, it was promptly rectified. In relation to the room I do think I concealed wardrobe would be a much better choice, as the cupboard space looks a bit cheap. The only other thing that I think the hotel I could add is a Pool.
Mixed emotions on the stay. On the one hand the room and staff were all lovely and helpful, but an unfortunate situation has really tarnished the stay for us.
We had a drink in the bar late one evening, and charged the drinks to the room per the bartenders request. We paid for these upon checkout, where we were asked to pay £45 pounds. I paid, thinking little of it other than it being a bit expensive. This didn't really sit right with us so we asked for the receipt, and saw that the drinks cost £30 pound, with the extra £15 being a service charge (tip) that the bartender saw fit to add on to bill themselves, without our knowledge or consent. I wouldn't mind 10% or so, but to add a 50% tip is honestly just ridiculous and a complete betrayal of trust. If we hadn't asked for a specific receipt we would never have known.
Now, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful in looking into this and issuing a refund, but then whilst we were sat waiting to leave the hotel, another charge hit my card, being someone else's bill charged to our room number. Again, resolved quickly but just left quite a sour taste and tarnished our experience.
Whilst all I could ask for was a refund, I do feel slightly bothered that there was no effort from management to apologize given a member of staff essentially stole from us. At the very least I would've hoped to have the drinks compe'd, or perhaps offer us a drink while we waited for our flight. Perhaps I am naive in thinking that.
