"各方面不理想，例如公用設施多士爐，咖啡機，lift 也壞。 客客房內設施不齊全，沒有提供牙刷牙膏以及拖鞋，只有要求時才提供有限的數量。 房間不清潔很多塵。 感覺不安全，酒店大門沒有關上時沒有職員留守於reception，好像隨時有陌生人可進，即是沒有酒店卡的人也可內進 早餐時段職員沒有禮貌去對待客人的要求。"

"Unique decor that looks just like the photos; well-equipped (especially the kitchenette); bed was comfortable; everything was clean. Great location — had a bus stop right outside, was within walking distance to multiple Tube stations (including Earl’s Court, which offers step-free access and was one direct trip from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line). Also within a stone’s throw of Earl’s Court Road, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Room lighting was just a bit too dim for my liking, otherwise had a wonderful stay."
